Please speak with us at the event if you believe your photo has been taken and you do not give permission for future use.

All entrants are required to complete the entry form and pay the entry fee.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.

Medical Emergencies

It is each participant’s responsibility to be fit and healthy to participate in the event. First aid will be available at the event.  Should a participant require ambulance transport to hospital, it will be at their expense.

Indemity waiver

This waiver is to be completed by all entrants, drivers, co-drivers, crew, passengers and officials prior to commencement of participation. This form acts to exclude liability on the part of The Australian Kidney Foundation (ACN 008 464 426) trading as Kidney Health Australia from any liability which results from a breach by The Australian Kidney Foundation of any express or implied warranty that the recreation services will be rendered with reasonable care and skill. It also warns of the obvious risks involved in a recreational activity of this nature.

The participant(s), the entrants, drivers, co-drivers, crew, passengers and officials acknowledge and agree that rally driving, motor travel and incidental associated activity are recreational activities that can be dangerous and involve a degree of risk, which includes risk of collisions and/or accidents, which can result in personal injury, including death, and damage to property. Participants may also suffer from fatigue, dehydration and be affected by malfunctions of vehicles. Participant(s) are aware of the possibility of an accident causing injury, disability, property damage or even death in the course of vehicle travel and otherwise during the event including stopovers, overnight stopovers, rest stops and at functions.

Before taking part in the Kidney Kar Rally, the participant(s) also acknowledge and agree that neither the promoter (The Australian Kidney Foundation – Trading As Kidney Health Australia) nor the organiser (Rallitrax), and any of their servants, agents, officials, representatives, volunteers, sponsor organisations, landowners or lessees, and anyone else involved in any way in the organising or facilitating of the rally, are released from and absolved of all liability with respect to the delivery of the recreation services, where such a liability arises from a breach of any express or implied warranty that the services will be rendered with reasonable care and skill.

The participant(s) warrant that the vehicle I/we have entered in the event is fully road registered, is in good working condition and is, at a minimum, covered by Third Party Property Damage Insurance. The Participant(s) also warrant suffering no physical or medical condition or otherwise from any condition that would expose me, or anyone travelling with me, to any elevated risk of potential injury or damage. The participant(s) do not have any of the following conditions:

  • Physical conditions
  • Medical conditions
  • Mental conditions or
  • Under 18

We/I agree that, if any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or in any way unenforceable, it shall be served and the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired and this agreement shall be construed so as to most nearly give effect to the parties intention when it was originally executed.
